Documentation Coordinator -Corp Asset Finance
The Documentation Coordinator reports to the Documentation Manager and assists in documenting and booking transactions and ensuring that all transactions are closed, funded, and booked in accordance with credit approvals and Corporate Asset Finance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

Prepares commercial documentation related to lease and loan transactions.

Partners with different business lines, such as credit, risk, pricing, legal, tax and asset management to ensure all lease/loan documentation and risk management matters are addressed.

Assists in the closing process on all leases and loan transactions with the customer, investors, internal teams and outside counsel.

Attends credit committee meetings.

Assists sales group in providing expertise for specific transaction structures.

Reviews incoming documentation packages.

Assists in ensuring that Corporate Asset Finance requirements are adhered to throughout all stages of the lease/loan process; from negotiation to documentation creation and closing.
