Collateral Management Support Associate

We are currently accepting applications for a Collateral Management Support Associate. The associate in this role will oversee grounding units through miscellaneous mail cases and end-of-lease case management. This involves communication across multiple departments and areas. Responsibilities include performing routine clerical tasks such as processing mail items, data entry, creating and completing cases, generating reports, and other related duties as assigned by management. Daily tasks may also involve working with Service Cloud cases, managing data, generating reports, and supporting department functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail items.
  • Perform accurate data entry.
  • Create and complete reports and cases.
  • Contact auctions or dealers as needed.
  • Accurately close lease accounts.
  • Research, resolve, and document issues effectively.
  • Communicate professionally and accurately with dealers or client relations to facilitate account terminations.
  • Expedite customer letters.
  • Process department reports.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient multitasking skills.
  • Clear, assertive, and concise oral and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new processes and provide comprehensive departmental support.
  • Proficiency in PC and keyboard operations.
  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
