Medical Marketing Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri

Description

We are currently seeking a Medical Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications efforts for our client’s Medical Division. This role involves product marketing for new and existing medical products, conducting market research, developing messaging, and assisting with sales and educational initiatives. The position collaborates closely with the Director of Sales, Director of Education, and marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and engagement within the medical industry.

Location: onsite 5 days a week- 4433 Fyler Ave., Saint Louis, Missouri 63116-1803, United States

Employment Type: 6-12 month contract for possible hire

Start Date: ASAP

Hours per Week: 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $24- $26/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create easy-to-understand educational materials and fact sheets for hospital staff, parents, distributors, and supply chain teams.

  • Develop clear and engaging product messaging that makes new products stand out, including sell sheets, graphics, and videos/testimonials.

  • Plan and roll out new products and services, working closely with different teams.

  • Keep an eye on how our digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) are performing and adjust as needed.

  • Write and produce marketing content like case studies, videos, website copy, and social media posts.

  • Help shape marketing strategies aimed at healthcare professionals, payers, and industry influencers.

  • Support campaigns and programs that boost awareness and demand for our medical products.

  • Conduct market research to better understand trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

  • Keep the medical division’s websites (DBM & IDF) up to date with fresh and accurate content.

  • Oversee marketing materials like instructions, sell sheets, packaging, and event materials.

  • Make sure everything follows internal processes and meets regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.

  • Experience in medical, healthcare, or related industries preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.

  • Copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.

  • Ability to work in a team environment, lead projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Must be fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform standard office-related physical tasks.
