About TechPath Field Service Training Program

The TechPath Field Service Training Program is an exciting initiative developed by Kinsley University, designed to bridge the gap between education and industry. This 6-week intensive training program provides hands-on learning opportunities for entry-level candidates who exhibit a strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to problem-solving in dynamic environments.

TechPath equips individuals with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the power generation industry. Whether you have experience in automotive, diesel, or electrical fields, this program provides the foundation needed to become a skilled Generator Technician with Kinsley Power Systems. Travel is required to Syracuse, NY, and East Granby, CT for training, with all expenses paid.
