Pick Pack Associate

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking Pick/Pack Associates to join our Carson Dellosa warehouse team in Greensboro, NC. Carson Dellosa Education has been bridging school and home with innovative educational solutions for teachers and families for more than 40 years. In this role, you will perform warehouse duties associated with receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping Carson Dellosa’s products in an accurate and timely manner. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop knowledge of the company’s vision and core values, business objectives, and warehouse policies and procedures.Follow daily schedule set by the production planner
• Accurately, neatly and efficiently pick and pack customer orders
• Remain knowledgeable of inventory functions, E-WMS and inventory part numbers, as well as the layout of the warehouse and pick zones.
• Meet established efficiency goals and department standards
• Complete any required paperwork or reports
• ReMaintain a clean and safe work area; observe all established safety practices and procedures; wearing the proper safety equipment, report unsafe acts, conditions, and/or accidents immediately.main knowledgeable of customer requirements
• Communication with lead(s) on a daily basis
• Position may require flexibility to change positions as needed and may require overtime and/or flexible work shifts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ months of related experience
• Professional demeanor and business experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to deal with people tactfully and effectively
• Competence in the operation of office and warehouse equipment
• Good vision, speaking and writing ability
• Ability to sit, stand and operate computers and other company hardware and software
• Frequent light to moderate physical effort required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity
