About the role

Are you a driven Global Account Manager with experience in leading and managing large, international client accounts? Do you have strong commercial acumen and excellent client relationship and project management skills? Look no further! In this key role, you will be responsible for the effective execution of global contracts, driving client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

What You’ll Do

As a Global Account Manager, you will develop, maintain, and execute tailored Account Plans for your assigned clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact and manage all client communication while fostering a strong, strategic relationship. Your responsibilities also include ensuring contractual delivery across all agreed scopes, safeguarding service KPIs and SLAs, and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams including Business Development, Program Management, Finance, and Legal. You will monitor account profitability and performance, partnering with Program Managers to optimize delivery and resolve issues. Other responsibilities include:

  • Forecasting account performance annually and tracking progress against targets throughout the year;
  • Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth within assigned accounts;
  • Managing contract renewals, scope changes, and pricing discussions;
  • Supporting RFP responses and new business proposals in collaboration with Business Development;
  • Maintaining accurate client data and opportunities in CRM systems;
  • Leading or supporting the onboarding and transition of new clients;
  • Continuously seeking to improve processes, communication, and client outcomes;

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in global account management or a similar client-facing role;
  • Bachelor’s degree in (preferably) Marketing, IT, Business, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proven ability to manage large, international accounts and complex contracts;
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, Salesforce);
  • Strong time management, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and meet business targets;
