Job Description – Offboarding Specialist
About the Role
As an Offboarding Specialist, you will process service termination requests, verify eligibility, manage sensitive transactions, and ensure high-quality customer resolution. You’ll interact with multiple systems, maintain accuracy under pressure, and support overall customer satisfaction by identifying discrepancies and escalating as needed.

- Meet Quality Assurance expectations and all assigned production and attendance metrics
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
- Independently manage tasks, performance, and priorities
- Ensure AUX code compliance (no misuse) in billable time tracking
- Conduct research and collaborate with team members to resolve order-related issues
- Use internal systems and tools to manage customer accounts and service transactions

- Remain proficient in all system and portal navigation for task completion

- 1–2 years of data entry experience preferred
- FirstNet Certification required
- Must maintain at least 90% attendance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to operate efficiently across multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and punctuation

- Must have reliable transportation if working on-site
