We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager – Marketing responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing products to support and streamline processes. This role requires a deep understanding of product and DevOps processes, ensuring that new and enhanced products are seamlessly integrated into existing features and workflows. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking individual who collaborates effectively, understands business needs, and maintains a holistic view of the larger picture while balancing innovation with practicality
Responsibilities:
- Drive product planning and development
- Lead the product development process from discovery to production
- Own the marketing product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Define product strategy through business cases, use cases and technical requirements
- Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, including development, business stakeholders, and project teams
- Analyze marketing, competitive, user data to develop future strategy and features
- Support communication of product features and adoption by business teams
Qualifications

- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Understanding of product lifecycle and marketing within the hospitality industry
- 3+ years Product Manager or similar
- 5+ years working in the hospitality industry
