Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support project management and act as a liaison between project management, logistics, and clients. This role offers a pathway to becoming a Project Coordinator 2, or a Team lead.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize client requests and project documents
- Maintain user database to ensure project accuracy
- Act as a liaison for project needs and provide guidance for the client
- Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate department
- Schedule and input bottle orders based on client sampling needs
- Assist in developing project objectives, logistics, and other requirements.
- Interpret and apply department policies, taking into account applicable laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the overall department efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
- Work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Required Background/experience:
- Associates degree or higher a plus but not required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Demonstrates progression of self-management abilities.
- Microsoft Outlook and basic data entry skills

- Strong client and relationship management.
- Ability to work constructively and under pressure.
