Role Overview

This position supports internal and external customers with accurate, timely service and operations processing in the Regulation 60 (Reg60) unit. It involves disclosure handling, document preparation, technical assistance, and case analysis in support of life insurance and annuity policy changes governed by regulatory requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate illustrations, policy briefs, and calculators for replacement modeling.
  • Prepare disclosure documents comparing existing and proposed policies.
  • Ensure documentation meets compliance and disclosure requirements (NY Reg60).
  • Communicate with field agents and internal management on escalated cases.
  • Assist with transaction processing (initial, drum, and quality control steps).
  • Perform quality checks and ensure consistency across all Reg 60 reviews.
  • Participate in knowledge-building andcontinuous improvement activities

What You’ll Bring:

Required Skills

  • Strong data entry and tracking skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
  • Solid oral/written communication and customer service experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience
  • NASD Series 6 license is a plus.
  • 2-3 years in life insurance, annuity, or financial services operations.
  • Familiarity with Regulation 60 or insurance policy replacement procedures.
  • Experience working with illustrations and policy comparisons.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$50,000-$60,000

Overtime eligible:Nonexempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
