Job Description

Your role:

  • Analyzes Offers & Performs comparison price analysis ‘Good competitive Price–100% request must obtain by minimum 2 quotation and perform price analysis by PRICE comparison check. Online/market price — target supplier with 10-12% increase the offer from online price unless there is condition exception refer to NON BOM Workflow.
  • Negotiates with the supplier (with check online market price if needed), Nominates the suppliers.
  • Monitors and controls costs (need challenge all work request user if they are really needed).
  • To reach Negotiation by coordination with team: -Price reduction follow up.
  • Compliance Rate: Understand if suppliers fulfill your requirements (100% supplier understand the spec requirement to avoid wrong part supply)
  • Liaise with Global procurement nego for some threshold
  • The suppliers are divided into three categories classifying their purchase cycle time: critical (1 days or less), urgent (5 to 8 days) or normal (over 8 days).
  • Logistic Link up’-Coordination with SCM to set up a Store for receipt and issue of equipment and tools that bulk purchased from China.
  • Coordination with the Factory Operations to determine what equipment and tools we should acquire from China.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Diploma and bachelor’s degree.
  • Experienced in: Data Analysis Interpretation, Inventory Management System, Master Data Management (MDM), Inventory Management and Purchase Order Management.
  • Exposed to manufacturing environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
