Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE KNIFE HANDLING experience FOR A CULINARY SETTINGS
- Must be able to work in the cold cooler of 38 degrees
- Must have food experience to follow directions
- Must have ability to work at a fast pace and ensure portion CONTROL
- Must have attention to detail and work cleanly and effectively
- Must be able to read and write English to read airline specifications, recipes, and fill out temperature logs DAILY
Job Qualifications
- Ensure that HACCP standards are achieved and completed by accuracy of our sanitation requirement
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays
- Must maintain a high-volume production where labeling requirements are achieved
- Must maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Must maintain high standards of quality and service where accurate counts are produce to airlines specification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly, also required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment.
MUST be Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.
