Job Type: Full-Time (40–45 hours/week, with potential for overtime)

Are you a hands-on worker who enjoys building things and seeing real results from your efforts? We’re looking for aConstruction General Laborerto join our team and help bring commercial projects to life—from the ground up. You’ll be involved in all phases of construction, including demolition, rough carpentry, and finishing work.

????️ What You’ll Do:

• Perform rough carpentry: framing walls, trusses, joists, and concrete forms
• Build staircases and install drywall, insulation, and metal studs
• Install metal doors, hardware, and cabinets
• Work closely with the foreman and crew to complete tasks efficiently
• Participate in daily safety meetings (toolbox talks)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on construction experience
• Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $25.00/hr.
