Shift: Day (Wed-Sat)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
- Medication Administration: Administering prescribed medications as directed.
- Communication: Discussing care with patients, listening to concerns, and relaying information to other healthcare providers.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assistance: Supporting doctors and registered nurses in providing care.
- Changing bandages, Helping patients with mobility and positioning, Collecting samples for laboratory testing, and Educating patients and families on medication or treatment plans.
