Lead Intelligence Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time- Onsite 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst to direct intelligence operations, ensure analytical rigor, and guide the production of actionable intelligence for high-profile clients.

position Summary:

The Lead Analyst will oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and operational relevance. This role requires exceptional analytical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-source intelligence programs in support of client missions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage intelligence analysis teams, providing guidance on priorities, methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Direct the development of Priority Information Requirements (PIRs) to align intelligence outputs with client objectives.
  • Validate and review all intelligence products prior to dissemination.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to integrate AI, NLP, and geospatial tools into analysis workflows.
  • Monitor threat landscapes and oversee escalation procedures for high-priority incidents.
  • Mentor junior analysts, fostering skill development and tradecraft proficiency. Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure intelligence support aligns with operational needs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of intelligence analysis experience, working in the intelligence community with a focus on OSINT.  At least 2 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, political science, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in open-source, social media, and threat intelligence collection and analysis.
  • Strong research, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Government clearance required 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in protective intelligence, counterterrorism, or national security operations.
  • Experience with government or corporate intelligence functions, experience with DHS is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with emerging intelligence technologies and analytic tools.
