IT Help Desk Position Summary: Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests received via Helpdesk ticket, email, phone call, or in person at the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) or in support of field staff. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and equipment. Working Environment: Work is typically performed in office environments such as the SEOC, with occasional travel to field sites. Extended work hours beyond 12 hours per day may be required during emergency activations or major incidents.
