The Global Enterprise Sales organization with a charter to achieve Microsoft and Customer business outcomes with a focus on Artifical Intelligence (AI), Copilot and Security. This is a new Digital Enterprise Sales motion that will focus on accelerating growth of our global and strategic downstream customers within the enterprise and public sector. As a Digital Enterprise Sales Specialist within Digital Solutions, you will work with our most important customers within our enterprise organization. You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft’s strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. The Digital Solutions team drives growth for Microsoft by helping customers realize the value of the Microsoft Cloud. ResponsibilitiesGrow Cloud & AI Sales in the territoryDrive Azure Solution Plays: win customer projects to Migrate & Modernize their Estate, Unify Data Platform and Innovate with AI Apps and Agents; securely, leveraging digital tools and signals to uncover new contacts and new workloadsBuild and accelerate pipeline: lead Cloud & AI account/territory plans, leverage sales programs and tools to exceed Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) forecastOrchestrate the Cloud & AI sales motions across Account Executive (AE), Solution Engineer, Customer Success Unit & partnersDrive Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) and Unified Support penetration in majors growth accounts Technical IntensityConduct demos, architecture whiteboarding and utilize gold standard acceleratorsDevelop knowledge (L200) across the Cloud & AI technology stack:Infrastructure: Virtualization, App Mod / Containerization, IT Ops, migration strategies (Windows/SQL/.Net, Linux/PGSQL/Java, SAP, Oracle, VMWare).AI Apps: Cloud native Apps, AI models, AI/ML frameworks, data handling.Analytics platforms: Real time, Business Intelligence (BI), Data platform modernization, data governanceScope the Proof of Concepts (POCs) and engage Solution Enigeneer (SE) with clear criteria to get customer’s commitmentAzure Business & Industry ExpertInspire customer with relevant demos and repeatable Intellectual Property (IP), based on deep understanding of industry challenges and regulatory requirementsCo-Sell with PartnersGrow partner-shared pipeline and enable customer purchase through the Azure MarketplaceOtherEmbody ourCulture&Values
