CDL preferred -Turbine Operations Tech
Location: Moses Lake, WA
Duration: 3 months (with potential for permanent hire)
Pay Range: $22–$26/hr DOE
About the Role
We are seeking two dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team for a temporary assignment supporting irrigation projects. This role involves hands-on work in the installation and removal of deep wells, including layout, assembly, setup, and startup of turbine pumps.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch)
- Some weekends required to meet customer demand
- Start times may vary due to weather or customer needs
Basic Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
- Understanding of basic mechanical systems
- Ability to travel domestically up to 90% of the time
- Comfortable working outdoors in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to work 10+ hour days when needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of:
- Lifting heavy tooling 80% of the time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Lifting pipe clamps weighing 120 lbs with assistance
- Performing field activities (bend, stoop, kneel, climb, etc.)
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with farming is a plus
Compensation
- $22–$23/hr based on experience
- Up to $26/hr for candidates with a CDL
