Mustang Cat is Hiring: Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator – Houston, TX

We’re looking for a Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our fleet, support our sales teams, and keep our customers informed across multiple platforms. What You’ll Do

• Create and upload inspections to CAT and third-party online platforms (CAT, Machinery Trader, Ritchie Bros).
• Take high-quality photos of equipment and ensure accurate, up-to-date online listings.
• Stage, organize, and identify sale-ready units in coordination with other divisions.
• Communicate with customers seeking information on posted equipment.
• Create sales reports for managers to track performance and analyze data.
• Keep Sales Representatives and Supervisors informed of any issues during the sales process.
• Provide recommendations to improve internal processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• College degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, sales reps, and management.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in database systems.
• Professional phone etiquette with experience on a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer service mindset with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
