Job Summary
Final Assembly Technician:
Requirements:
Forklift Certified
Literate (Tape measures, assembly drawings)
experience with Overhead Cranes
Experience with welding (does not need to be certified)
Must have basic tools (see attached Tool Requirements)
Experience drilling/taping holes, use of power tools, etc.
Responsibilities:
Hydraulic hose manufacturing (measure, cut and crimp specific sized hoses for installation on equipment)
Hose installation and routing
Fitment of shells with frames, installation of pins and cylinders, (fabricate) pin keepers/retainers
Assembly of bolt-on components (i.e. ladders, guards, piping, etc.)
Assembly of pump packs (couplers/housings, installation of fittings, motors, etc.)
Assembly of sub-components (i.e. water/fuel/oil tanks, vibrators, agitators, etc.)
Application of decals/labels
