A Brief Overview

A SeniorTotal RewardsSystems Analyst is a specialized role withinTotal Rewardsthat focuses on the technical aspectsof Total Rewards systems, includingCompensation, Benefits,Payroll andTime Away from Work. This position combinesexpertiseTotalRewardssoftware and technologyas well asa broad understanding ofregulations withinthe space.

What You Will Do

  • System Configurationand support:

  • Own technical support for key Total Rewards activitiesincluding annual merit process,benefitopen enrollment.

  • Configure payroll/timekeeping software settings to accommodate complex payroll scenarios, such as multi-state tax set up, departments, locations, payelements.

  • Act as a partner andsupportfor activitiesrelated to incentive compensation calculations including bi-weekly,quarterlyand annual incentive payouts.

  • Act as a partner andsupport foractivities related to time away from work.

  • Software Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert fortotal rewards systemsand related tools, providing guidance and support to thetotal rewardsteam.

  • Process Improvement:Identifyopportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of payroll/timekeeping system updates or changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Create,testand produce reports and analytics to support cross functional business partners andthird-partyvendors. Provide all necessary data for analysis and compliance requirements for internal and external business partners.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical system issues promptly and effectively.

  • Training: Train team and end-users on the effective use of payroll/timekeeping systems and tools.

  • Data Integration:Act as a key partner with IT in supportingdata integration between systems and other HR or financial software, ensuring seamless data flow. Review, troubleshoot, and resolve integration errors.

  • Compliance and Regulations: Responsible for keeping management informed of changes and/or updates of payroll/timekeeping laws and regulations.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies withall policies and standards

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Required

  • 4-6years Experiencein Payroll acting as a Technical Analyst Required

  • CPP or FPC Certification Preferred

  • Team Player with a strong work ethic (Highproficiency)

  • Computer Skills:Proficiencyin Excelrequired(Highproficiency)

  • Technical Skills:Proficiencyin using and configuring HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools. Working knowledge ofCeridianand ADP preferred (Highproficiency)

  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. (Highproficiency)

  • Data Management: Strong data management skills for handling complex payroll data and integrations. (Highproficiency)

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to payroll systems. (Highproficiency)

  • Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, software vendors, and external partners (Highproficiency)

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensureaccuratesystem configurations and data management (Highproficiency)

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze payroll data and generate meaningful reports.
