Starting Pay: $19.20/hour + $1.00/hour Attendance Bonus
Looking for a stable opportunity with long-term growth potential? We’re hiring reliable, experienced individuals to join the Sanitation Department at a food processing facility in Sparks, NV. This is a temp-to-hire role with consistent hours, advancement opportunities, and a strong team environment.
Position Overview
As part of the sanitation team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across the production area. Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machinery, and food production areas
- Following detailed food safety and sanitation protocols
- Performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting production by maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Schedule & Pay

- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Days: Monday through Saturday
- Pay: $19.20/hour + $1.00/hour perfect attendance bonus
- Mandatory Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Familiarity and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong understanding of sanitation and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be reliable and able to work a consistent schedule, including mandatory overtime
