As an Account Project Manager, you will sit at the intersection of project delivery, operational efficiency, and leadership support—driving initiatives that bring value to the business and ensuring smooth execution across internal and external stakeholders. While maintaining a strong foundation in project management, you will also support senior leadership through calendar coordination, meeting preparation, action tracking, and administrative assistance.
You’ll manage the full project lifecycle—from planning to delivery—while also facilitating internal collaboration, streamlining communication, and keeping both tactical execution and strategic alignment on track. Key Responsibilities
Project & Internal Coordination
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with business and account goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Support project alignment through effective internal communication and calendar coordination for senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate efforts across creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure key milestones are met.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
- Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and maintain a proactive approach to managing blockers and risks.
Process & Performance Optimization
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and internal benchmarks.
- Implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, consistency, and communication.
- Leverage tools to streamline reporting, task management, and internal visibility.
Financial Oversight
- Assist with project budgeting and financial tracking to ensure alignment with internal targets.
- Monitor expenditures and support financial reporting across assigned projects and accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved resource utilization.
Leadership & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling and calendar logistics for VP-level leaders.
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions and follow-ups from leadership and cross-functional group meetings.
- Process and track executive-level expenses and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with general administrative responsibilities to support team productivity and operational flow.

Minimum Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or administrative operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams or executives is highly valued.
- Willingness to travel as needed (less than 30%).

- Achieve 90% on-time, on-budget delivery for assigned projects.
- Maintain strong alignment between project milestones and internal team goals.
Leadership & Administrative Support
- Maintain 95% accuracy and timeliness in calendar management, expense processing, and action tracking.
- Consistently deliver high-quality documentation and support for leadership and team meetings.
Efficiency & Improvement
- Lead at least two process improvements annually related to internal operations or project workflow.
- Enhance visibility through reporting tools and centralized project documentation.
Financial & Resource Management
- Ensure alignment between project spending and internal profitability goals.
- Support VP-level reporting with accurate and timely financial insights.
Salary: $100,000-$115,000
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful
applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
