Administrative Coordinator – Burlington, WI

description“>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing information and assistance to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Responsibilities:
– Answer inquiries and provide information regarding activities conducted at our establishment.
– Direct visitors to appropriate departments, offices, and employees within the organization.
– Assist management with various administrative tasks, including copying, sorting mail, and postage.
– Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
– Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak). Preferred
– Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Familiarity with multi-lined phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
– Must have reliable transportation and be available to run occasional errands as needed.
