UBS is seeking a highly motived and ambitious individual to join our Alternative Investment department as we transform this exciting space into a strategic growth engine for the business. We are looking for professionals who can quickly learn processes and add value by implementing best practices in Operations.

Your Role

Perform daily functions such as

• Provide daily support of Alternative Investment operational tasks
• Handle event capture for capital calls, redemptions, etc.
• Fee Processing
• Evaluate procedures and processes with focus on continued improvement
• Reconciliation of ledgers, events, and trades
• Tracking of key events and capturing transactions
• Work directly with vendors (Broadridge/ICapital)

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $85000

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Alternative Investments – Operations team in Weehawken. We support all operational aspects associated with our high net worth/ ultra-high net worth client investments into Alternative Investment products.

Your expertise

Your Expertise

• 1-3 years of applicable work experience
• Recognize and effectively manage risk
• Precisely execute detail orientated tasks
• Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Alternative Investment products
• Develop a deep understanding of processes and the systems used to execute them
• Enthusiastic personality and strong analytic problem-solving skills
• Strong listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships
• Critical thinking skills to identify and implement solutions
• Positive, with a can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
• Experience with process improvements and ability to execute
• Taking ownership of issues and see to resolution

Salary information
