The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient in appliance repairs
- Proficient in HVAC maintenance repairs
- Basic electrical skills
- Drywall and painting experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple units and completing apartment turns
Additionally, candidates must have their own hand and power tools and a valid driver’s license.
