What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Engage in process monitoring, safety and environmental improvements, process reliability enhancements, validation, and technology transfers.
- Conduct studies related to cost control and reduction, inventory management, and production record systems.
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications to operating methods, providing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Support the development and management of training programs.
- Conduct and support Environment, Health & Safety, and quality-based investigations.
- Generate metrics, trend data, and develop solutions to challenges.
Qualifications
Here Is What You Need
- Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience; OR
- an associate’s degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school
- diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to document clearly and concisely
- Effective written and oral communication
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) covered environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques
- Demonstrated proficiency in computerized systems, with hands-on experience using Laboratory Information Management Systems and Quality Tracking Systems
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical Demands: Frequent time in the manufacturing area around equipment with moving parts, stair climbing, and roof access.
- Work Environment: Use of hearing and eye protection is required.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Colleagues must be willing to work off-shift and on weekends as needed to support a 24/7 production environment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
