Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to enhance menu offerings and guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and develop a team committed to delivering exceptional service.
Dining & Event Spaces at Tamaya
- Corn Maiden: The resort’s signature farm-to-table restaurant, Corn Maiden offers an elevated interpretation of classic indigenous fare. With a menu crafted by locally raised chef George Silva, guests enjoy dishes inspired by the flavors of the region, prepared with refined techniques. The ambiance reflects the warmth and tranquility of a New Mexican pueblo home, creating a truly immersive dining experience.
- Other Restaurants: Offering a variety of Southwestern-inspired cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.
- Meeting Spaces: 25,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and 29,000 sq. ft. of outdoor venues, including the Tamaya Ballroom (12,000 sq. ft.).

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management. Ideally 4 or more years of progressive Hotel Food and Beverage Experience.
- Track record of creating and implementing new F&B concepts.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to innovate and drive operational success.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
