Job Description:
New York or Chicago location preferred for weekly onsite collaboration. Working in EST hours is required for team and client collaboration.
We are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Art), Creative Development, to join our creative team for our national home improvement client. You will concept and execute a variety of 360 campaign deliverables with an emphasis on TV and broadcast, as well as social posts, online video for social, experiential, activations and more. You will concept and create brand level work, integrated campaign creative, bespoke social content for the brand’s handles, reactive social content and conceptual brand work. You will be paired with an ACD Copywriter. You will work with two Creative Direction teams, strategists and other creatives, and mentor a midlevel team. You will report to an Executive Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- You will concept and art direct against all deliverables, developing campaigns, comps, story boards and mockups across multiple projects, deliverables and clients simultaneously
- Develop creative solutions that live across all forms of media and reflect a firm understanding of the communications objective, client nuances and timing/budget parameters
- Collaborate with a partner on projects of any size, scope and style through to completion
- Provide comping skills on multiple projects
- Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
- Contribute work to pitches
- Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish
- Collaborate with Producers, Designers, and Strategy Partners across the life span of the project
- You appreciate the importance of strategy and create compelling, creative solutions that are on brief
- Partner with account teams to manage client and internal expectations
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the creative advertising industry at an agency
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Graphic Design or related field
- A portfolio with TV, social focused work and integrated campaign samples
- Experienced with production and post-production
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000 – $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
