Temple University’s Enrollment Management Department is searching for an Associate Registrar!
position Summary
The Associate Registrar serves in a key leadership role within the Office of the University Registrar, with primary responsibility for overseeing academic records management, including final grading, special registration requests, academic history updates, student petitions, graduation processing, and transcript management. This position acts as a central liaison to university stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records while maintaining compliance with institutional policies, third-party agreements, and applicable federal and state regulations, including FERPA. Performs other duties as assigned.

PA Child abuse clearance
FBI Fingerprint check
Required education and experience:
* Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of related experience.
* Extensive experience in a university/college records and registration office.
* Experience with and a working knowledge of an ERP student information system, particularly Ellucian Banner.
* Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, business process analysis and requirements definitions, process implementation, and management and supervision.
* Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends (when needed).
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Education:
* Master’s degree.

* Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate an elevated level of assignment organization, priority, and task orientation skills.
* Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills, along with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
* Ability to handle difficult situations with care, compassion, and professionalism.
* Ability to work extended hours (when needed).
Preferred skills & abilities
* Experience at an institution with decentralized functions, shared decision making, professional schools, and multiple campuses.

Salary Range: $58,852 – $70,000
