Our Revenue Operations organization is looking for an Associate Revenue Operations Partner who is driven by a sense of “team success”! What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with and provide support for our Global Sales Leadership to increase productivity and effectiveness through improved forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and AE activity management
  • Assist in structuring, reviewing and approving complex quotes, providing flexibility, while aligning with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Support our sales team by providing CPQ training, working Sales Operations cases, participating in Office Hours, hosting Deal Desk meetings, other tasks as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred or prior work-related experience
  • 1+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, Excel and Word; knowledge of Responsive and Clari is a plus
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Knowledge of online web-based meeting technology such as WebEx, Adobe or other similar products and technologies a plus
  • An inquisitive nature, seeking to understand the dynamics of the business that you support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of administrative sales support, attention to detail and collaboration while leveraging NAVEX’s core values

  • The starting pay range for this role is $26+/hour
  • Pay progression based on your performance.
