Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring an Automotive Painter for a long-term evaluation-to-hire position in Arlington, WA.
Join the largest custom build shop in the Northwest! We’re looking for a highly skilled Automotive Painter who takes pride in flawless finishes and high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep, sand, mask, and prime vehicles for paint
- Mix and match colors for perfect paint matches
- Apply single-stage, basecoat/clearcoat, and custom finishes
- Perform spot repairs and complete resprays with precision
- Inspect, detail, and deliver show-quality results
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience (custom/restoration preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of paint systems, prep, and finishing
- Strong eye for detail and perfection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Your own basic tools are required
