Bilingual Therapist

• Provide in-office counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups with diverse diagnoses and demographics.
• Maintain comprehensive case records, including diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Facilitate educational and supportive group counseling sessions, including critical incident response services as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisors, including regular consultations with a psychologist or psychiatrist.

Salary Range:
$45,000 – $48,000
Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related counseling field (students in their final semester are welcome to apply!).
• Post-graduate clinical practice (LPC, MFT) or 3,000-hour certification is a plus but not required—candidates about to apply for or currently in-training (LPC-IT, MFT-TL, APSW) are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in collaborative teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a talent for handling confidential matters efficiently and discreetly.
