Location: Hopkinsville, KY 42240
Pay Rate: $13.50/ hour on w2 without benefits
Duration: 12+ Months
Shift hours: 7 am – 3 pm shift & 11 pm – 7 am shift (This will require a rotating weekend shift.)
Job Description:
- Performs beginning level duties in the operation of stationary boilers and auxiliary mechanical equipment.
- Learns the proper maintenance, adjustment and repair of boilers, pumps, turbines, compressors, steam lines, water lines, valves, water softeners, and all related equipment.
- Learns proper reading of gauges and recording of readings.
- Maintains cleanliness of facility work areas and other areas as required.
- Responds to emergencies
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be High School Graduate. Employees may be required to maintain valid driver’s license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle.
