Our growing company is in need of a Branch Sales Specialist for our Mexico branch that is location in Fort Worth, Texas. The Branch Sales Specialist provides support to the branch sales force by assisting with customer inquiries, the coordination special customer request and issue resolution. Works with our Total Quality team to coordinate activities supporting the automotive business, greet branch visitors, answers all incoming telephone calls, and provides fill-in support to inside sales.

Our Branch Sales Specialists:
- Ensures high-quality company first impressions by greeting visitors and answering and routing incoming telephone calls in a cheerful, courteous and timely manner.
- Provides support to Branch personnel by taking clear, concise and correct messages as requested.
- Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while the goal being to reduce sales errors and uphold quality to the highest level. This is measured by how many lines are shipped per salesperson and determined how many lines were on time and crossed checked for errors.
- Processes customer’s PPAP request and IMDS reporting requirements in a timely manner. Coordinates automotive product recall and quality alerts, PCN, and tooling changes with automotive customer base, operations and sales groups. Maintains and updates PPAP database, Quality Alert/Recall database and IMDS site.
- Assists the Quality Engineer with response to customer Supplier Corrective Action requests and coordinates with Factories to obtain timely, effective corrective actions.
- Performs other related duties as required (e.g. assist RMA group).
- Researches and expedites customer orders. Monitors and ensures delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements.
- Processes the customer’s order by entering it into the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules. Requires eye for detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations. Failure to process and review in a timely manner can result to a loss of parts and lead time with factories. This is measured by your customers on time delivery and return material authorization (RMA) rate.
- Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature, factory representatives, product managers, sales managers and other sales representatives to be able to discuss product options with customers and sell TTI strengths.
- Works with Regional Credit Manager to resolve customer credit issues by interfacing with both parties to resolve issue and close the sale.
- Performs the duties of an Account Representative, who may not be available, by taking the customer’s calls, pursuing sales and expediting parts.
- Provides price and delivery quotes within customer timeline to customers within assigned geographic territory by working with the product manager and the manufacturers representative to establish the most competitive pricing by utilizing communication by telephone, fax and email. For price quotes, incumbent may use independent judgment on the product cost by reviewing TTI’s suggested sale price, and pricing history for that customer.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred with one to three years of experience is related roles (general administrative, logistics, product and/or quality). Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Possesses working knowledge of company policies, procedures and computer systems.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) at an advanced level required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
