Shift: 1st Shift 6AM to 2:30PM M-F

Pay: $16/hour

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Broach Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating broaching machines, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing parts, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate broaching machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a broach operator or in a similar machining role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Dependable and punctual, able to work 1st shift.
