We are pleased to share that we have a career opportunity for a Business Analyst position supporting the Sales & Marketing team as a strategic part of the digital transformation at Blue Bird as part of the Information Technology Team. 

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Executive Director of IT, this role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of sales & marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes and operational procedures with recommended improvements to – or new requirements for – implementing industry standard and best practices to support the operations of the Sales & Marketing team. This role requires a blend of sales & marketing expertise, project management skills, technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively support and participate in projects, from concept through design, development, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements and technological advancements to enhance sales.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to review project status, resolve issues, and coordinate activities.
  • Support CRM/CPQ configuration and administrative functions as well as write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of CRM/CPQ upgrades or patches as well as evaluate and recommend new applications able to provide a competitive advantage.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in CRM/CPQ with a focus on applying key technologies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of sales & marketing processes, and related technology.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of CPQ tools and configure to quote sales concepts.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Experience in implementing and supporting CRM, CPQ or similar applications
  • com administration experience a plus
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
