IS4S is seeking a business manager to oversee the program control and broad financial operations of its office in Dayton, OH. |

| Job Role(s): |
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of annual operating plans and financial forecasts
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations in the execution of the budget
- Work with the Contracts department to help establish subcontracts and support other contract activities
- Perform complex financial analysis in support of ongoing program management (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.)
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for individual customers per respective Contract Data requirement List
- Support proposal development with cost volume input in coordination with site leads, Principal Investigators, and Contracts Department
- Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements
- Prepare complex financial/administrative reports and distribute to customers/user organizations as needed
- Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues; may review the work of others and detect errors or needed modifications
- Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and customers on financial matters

| Required experience: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in government contracting environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS tools (particularly Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Deltek Costpoint, and/or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems
