IS4S is seeking a business manager to oversee the program control and broad financial operations of its office in Dayton, OH.
Job Role(s):
Support the development, maintenance, and execution of annual operating plans and financial forecasts
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations in the execution of the budget
Work with the Contracts department to help establish subcontracts and support other contract activities
Perform complex financial analysis in support of ongoing program management (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.)
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for individual customers per respective Contract Data requirement List
Support proposal development with cost volume input in coordination with site leads, Principal Investigators, and Contracts Department
Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements
Prepare complex financial/administrative reports and distribute to customers/user organizations as needed
Liaison between operations and other administrative support organizations on financial issues; may review the work of others and detect errors or needed modifications
Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and customers on financial matters
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years related experience in government contracting environment
Comfortable working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Proficient in MS tools (particularly Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Deltek Costpoint, and/or similar Enterprise Resource Planning systems
