Capital Formation Associate
Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Pantera launched the first cryptocurrency fund in the United States in 2013. The firm subsequently launched the first exclusively-blockchain venture fund. In 2017, Pantera was the first firm to offer an early-stage token fund. Pantera manages $4.5bn across three strategies – passive, hedge, and venture – exclusively focused on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem.
Pantera Capital is seeking a Capital Formation Analyst to join our sales execution team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to the fundraising efforts of one of the leading investment firms focused on blockchain and digital assets. The role is administrative in nature and designed to support the day-to-day operations of our global capital formation and investor relations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to fundraising and investor engagement in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and logistics for investor meetings, internal team syncs, and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), including meeting notes, contact updates, and follow-ups.
- Support post-meeting data capture and ensure timely entry of information to track investor engagement.
- Help organize materials for meetings and outreach campaigns, including presentations, emails, and data packets.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing, operations, and investor relations teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints.
- Conduct research on investor attendees, firms, and industry events to support preparation and maximize impact.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and data requests as needed to help move fundraising initiatives forward.
- Provide general administrative support to senior team members and the broader capital formation group.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in financial services, investor relations, or capital markets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude—no task is too small if it helps move the team forward.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top four-year accredited institution.
- Interest in blockchain and digital assets a plus
Compensation:
$100,000 – $120,000 USD
- Compensation range is provided as an estimate and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
