Population Services International (PSI) and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) have co-created a parent company called HealthX Partners Incorporated (HXP), under which they and other health NGOs and businesses can achieve greater impact while delivering efficiencies and greater value for consumers, clients, host governments, stakeholders, and the global health sector. This bold new initiative creates new opportunities for leadership.
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide information systems leadership to align information systems and technological capabilities of HXP and its subsidiaries to fully support the organization’s vision, mission, and priorities. The CIO will oversee and manage a team in the strategy, planning, implementation, and integration of IT, and will manage key relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders. The CIO will balance the need for strategic leadership in planning and innovating with the execution and ongoing delivery of focused IT services that meet the needs of a global workforce spread across 40 countries.
This critical role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is a key member of the Operations leadership team.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and vision for the technology infrastructure of HXP and its subsidiaries. Oversee the Information strategy and ensure its coherence with the organizational plan.
- * Direct management oversight of all technology integration, information services, policies, programs and schedules for business and financial data processing, computer services, network communications and telecommunications.
- * Develop and maintain shared services for the organization and its subsidiaries ensuring efficient operations and a high standard of service satisfaction. Optimize system and vendor relationships to create cost effective IT services, saving money where feasible.
- * Support critical business strategies by advising and managing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems
- * Support configuration, go live, and maintenance of the organization’s new ERP system (Unit4) and its analytical needs.
- * Guide the introduction of new and advanced technologies (such as AI and business intelligence) and design of applications which give the organization greater efficiency and effectiveness of its operations and/or a competitive edge, by staying current with the trends in the sector.
- * Establish the infrastructure to support and guide individuals, departments and platforms in computing and information technology efforts.
- * Work with internal constituents to understand system data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- * Lead a data governance council that ensures the protection of personal data for all beneficiaries and staff worldwide.
- * Embody a commitment to leading change humanely, with a strong belief in customer centricity, and a growth mindset. Foster the culture and values of HXP and its subsidiaries.

- Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s Degree (or international equivalent) in information systems, international development, business administration or related field preferred.
- * At least 15 years in a senior-level information technology position. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted.
- * At least 7 years of supervisory experience.
- * Proven thought leadership and experiences with developing and driving digital strategy and optimizing business processes.
- * Experience implementing a Global ERP system in multiple locations / countries.
- * Demonstrated leadership abilities, including strong influencing skills.
- * Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to forge strong customer relationships.
- * Proven ability to manage large workloads and organize work efficiently.
- * Excellent project management and communications skills.
- * Ability to manage large department and project budgets.

Salary Ranges
HealthX Partners Incorporated is committed to pay equity and transparency. We ensure pay meets the market within each country. This approach minimizes our impact on local talent markets and allows us to attract and retain employees, while staying cost competitive.
Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, external market analysis, and other business factors permitted by law. Hiring above the mid-point of the range below would not be typical to allow for potential future salary growth.
HealthX Partners Incorporated is offering the following gross annual salary range for this position:
- For the United States (paid in USD): $191,000 minimum, $239,000 midpoint, $299,000 maximum
