The Pennsylvania State Police currently have an opening for a Clerical Assistant 2 at the Foglesville Station. In this position you will provide clerical support to the Station Commander and other station personnel by ensuring the clerical/administrative operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

In this position the Clerical Assistant 2 will enter and submit Incident Reports into appropriate systems and prepare various correspondence and reports. Proofreads documents to ensure they are completed in a grammatically correct manner and consistent with Department regulations. Reviews reports for adherence to processing standards and forwards to troop headquarters. This position will enter approved work schedules into SAP Shift Planner, to include assigned shifts, court and other appointments, prescheduled leave, sick leave, and scheduled days off.
