Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator of the Lymphedema Program (“Lymphedema Coordinator”) is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) with specialized training in lymphedema management. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and will help to coordinate services across the organization.
Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Lymphedema Coordinator provides direct patient care with an emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered outcomes in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, working closely with breast surgeons, oncology physicians, and the broader care team.
This role serves as a clinical leader and subject matter expert, ensuring best practice standards are met, regulatory requirements are satisfied, and program growth and sustainability are supported through training, mentorship, and outreach initiatives. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to advance departmental goals, align with organizational priorities, and promote patient-centered care.

Salary Range:
$63.65 – $95.48 USD Hourly
