Job Title: CNC Mill Lead & CNC Lathe Programmer Lead
CNC Mill Lead – Key Responsibilities
- Program complex parts usingMasterCam(3-, 4-, and 5-axis)
- Set up and operate vertical and horizontal mills
- UseFanuc controlsfor 5th axis machines
- Interpret blueprints and develop machining strategies
- Design fixtures, optimize processes, and ensure quality
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance
- Lead and mentor machinists; train new team members
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with leadership
CNC Lathe Machinist – Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes for precision parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals
What You Bring
- Mill Lead: 5+ years CNC programming (MasterCam & 5-axis required)
- Lathe Lead: Proven experience operating CNC lathes
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining theory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62000.00 – $83200.00/yr.
