Salary: 21.00

Pay Rate: $21/hour , Evaluation Hire

Shift:

• 2nd : 4:30pm – 12:30am, Monday- Friday

Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire, Express Associate 

CNC / Grinder Operator Job Duties: 

• Run manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills and OD Grinder
• Responsible for machine setup
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
• Working with a metal materials and cutting to customer specifications
• Staging materials and operating the CNC machine
• Using math and measuring this operator will maximize the cuts and yield for orders
• Physical requirements include standing/bending/stooping/leaning/kneeling, lifting 50lbs.+, using an overhead lift, and working with heavy machinery
• Use caliper and tape measure to ensure material is being cut to the correct specifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years CNC Operator experience.
• Capable of using a micrometer and other precision measurement tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to interpret and read work orders is a must.
• Ability to multiple, divide, add, subtract.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma / GED
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Punctual and reliable.
