What We DoResponsible for establishing new escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Acts as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Handle more complex transactions with minimum supervision
  • Identity escrow and risk with minimum supervision
  • Embrace technology and outsourcing
  • Active member participating in all training and NCS calls
  • Strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures including wire fraud
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required education, experience, Certification/Licensure

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years related experience with 3+ years’ experience directly handling escrow transactions as an escrow assistant
  • Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good client relations and organizational skills
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
  • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information

*This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in the office.

Pay Range: $30.14 – $40.18 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
