Commercial Wire Operations Product Support

Description

The Commercial Operations Product Support I role will focus on activities that directly impact performance and stability of operational processes across Commercial Operations. Role will focus on client interaction supporting the needs for Wire Transfers.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Flawless execution of complex back-office functions for high value clients
  • Expert in customer service both verbal and written – provide white glove service
  • Respond to client’s requests in their preferred method, both written and telephony
  • Continuous monitoring of incoming client requests by phone or specialized mailbox and ensure timely response
  • Flawlessly execute payment entries
  • Review and authorize client requests
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Full understanding of payments workflow and hands on supports of the overall end to end wire operations process

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Banking experience (2-5 years minimum)
  • Wire Operations expertise
  • Payments experience
  • Problem solving
  • Expert in verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimal supervision, self sufficient

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:30 am – 6 pm (EST)
