This role involves overseeing 20-30 reconstruction projects resulting from water or fire damage. You will establish relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the construction phases, and educating them on the construction process. Additionally, you will review all estimates with clients and address any necessary changes, manage and schedule subcontracted crews, and organize all materials required for each project. Collaboration with project managers to review upgrades and scheduling is essential, along with performing estimates for repairs or upgrades as requested. The role demands comprehensive management of projects from start to finish.

The pay range for this position is $28.85 – $38.46/hr.
