This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role (3 days on-site) located in Austin, Texas.

Summary
We’re seeking a Content Producer to support two internal platforms within the People Experience team. This role ensures internal content is clear, consistent, and strategically aligned with organizational goals. You’ll work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and editors to manage content workflows, implement change requests, and maintain quality across platforms.
Our Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in project management and managing content for high-traffic sites or platforms

• Passion for employee experience and content strategy with a strong foundation in content development and user-focused writing

• Proficient in task/ticketing systems such as Radar, with strong writing and editing skills

• Familiar with platforms like ServiceNow and Workday

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including editors, SMEs, privacy, and legal

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Flexible and adaptable to evolving processes and ambiguity

• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

• Highly organized, reliable, and efficient

Job Description

In this role, you will manage and optimize content for two internal platforms: ServiceNow and Workday.
You’ll partner with platform owners, SMEs, and editors to ensure content is accurate, effective, and aligned with style guidelines. This includes managing content intake and prioritization, facilitating reviews, and implementing updates.

You will also lead QA sessions, track ticket workflows, and maintain documentation processes-supporting the team’s overall success and enhancing the employee experience.

education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Background in content production, UX writing, communications, or related disciplines

• Experience editing copy and applying editorial style guidelines

• Familiarity with internal systems used for content tracking and updates

This opportunity is located in Austin, Texas and requires hybrid work.
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $65.00 – $69.94 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
