Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and team-driven Credentialing Specialist to join our growing compliance team.

Job Summary

This role is critical in ensuring our healthcare professionals meet all industry, client, and regulatory requirements before starting their assignments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing top-tier administrative support to our sales and recruiting teams while managing all aspects of the credentialing and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Guide healthcare professionals through the credentialing and onboarding process
  • Maintain and update employee documentation to meet compliance standards
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and notify all parties of missing or expiring compliance documents
  • Order drug screens, immunizations, and required background checks
  • Verify state licensures and certifications
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards
  • Process new assignments, extensions, and reassignments
  • Pre-call candidates and follow up until they are fully cleared for work
  • Maintain daily communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong computer skills; ability to type 40-50 WPM
